Dry socket - bad taste and pain?!

Question: I had my wisdom teeth pulled almost two weeks ago. Since then I had one dry socket. It has been the biggest annoyance ever. I went back in to the surgeon and they inserted some dressing back in there. That was four days ago. Then today I got the hooked syringe and cleaned the hole out. I got food, yellow chunks, all nice stuff out there. Now it hurts and there is a horrible taste in my mouth. What's the deal? What should I do?

THE DEAL WITH THIS IS THAT WHAT YOU HAVE IS RAW, BARE EXPOSED BONE W/O A COVER IN YOUR MOUTH.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TO MAKE REGULAR VISITS TO THE DENTIST TO MAKE SURE THE HEALING CONTINUES STEADILY. EAT A DIET W/O MANY SPICES OR CRUNCHY FOODS WHICH WILL AGGRAVATE THE SITE.
