Partial braces for over crowding?!

Question: my front 4 teeth on top are crowded together/crooked, now the rest from the front 4 back are absolutely fine, and the bottoms are ok too, can partial braces be used to over crowding or just for pushing gaped teeth together? and are pertials usually cheaper than full braces?

Yes, they can put partial braces. I had the front 6 on top and bottom. I only had to shift one tooth back 1millimeter. The dr. told me 3 months but I had them on for one year! Boo... lol. Price wise im not sure... since I work for a dentist the orthodontist didn't charge me.
