You cant do anything to move your teeth. Extracting or pulling teeth isn't a problem of an orthodontits, you would see someone for other dental work like implants. Braces are out there for a reason-they're the only things that move teeth-in any direction. Sorry, but don't do anything crazy like pull teeth-you'll have other problems dealing with other specialized dentists and it still wont end with ortho.
