what braces do is pull your teeth through your jawbones. It is going to hurt im afraid sorry! best advice is to take some over the counter pain killers. If the pain is persists and is too much, go back and talk to your dentist and he may adjust them for you.
take some pain meds...motrin, tyonel
Rinse your mouth out with some warm water and salt.
Take some Tylenol or other over the counter pain medication.
And wait patiently... it'll be better tomorrow!
