Put the peroxide in your month, just a little, then stick your tookbrush in there and brush away (don't swallow it of course:). Another thing you can do is put baking soda on your toothbrush and brush your teeth. I have done both and it is fine. After all some toothpastes put stuff like baking soda in their products, so hopefully you will be fine. Just make sure you do rinse your mouth out afterwards.
