i use the aquafresh whitening strips... they take about a week and they really work... it might be uncomfortable if you have sensitive teeth at first.

Toothpaste... brush at least twice a day but i recommend three times if your teeth are yellow,,, erm i would say beverley hills whitening toothpaste thats what i use. =]
