I'm 18 and my teeth are all ruined!?!
Question: My gums have been brushed away after listening to them toothbrush adverts.
My teeth are all transparent and chipped......
Apparently my teeth weren't bad enough for braces so i have jagged twisted teeth.
I'm most concerned about my gums because i don't want my teeth to fall out, can i grow them back?
P.s. I am english ha ha and i'm the only one with bad teeth :(

Well just brush gently for now on and avoid harsh toothpastes and sugary foods/drinks/snacks unless u will brush soon after. Floss and take of your teeth so they won't get anymore damaged or anything.
Also r u positive u don't have periodontist? That can cause some major gum recession. Just ask a certified dentist of there is anything u can or should do :) Drink milk.
