My son has one tooth coming out the front of gum?!

Question: My second son is starting to cut his teeth at 4.5 months. I know about the teething process and not to worry, but it seems that one of his top front teeth are coming out of the front of his gums instead of the normal bottom of gum. Should I get him to his doctor now or wait for it to fully come in and see what happens? Because I know the swelling could be a factor and making it look like it's coming in wrong. Please help!!!!

Very common to see them coming out of the front of the gum, or what seems like it. Give it a chance to move into place. The tissue on the top is very dense, and it's probably just finding it's way. But, if you happen to be going to the dentist yourself, bring him in and say, "Hey, have a look at this". I wouldn't worry, though, unless the bottom of it was literally pointing straight out of his mouth! :)

u should go 2 a doctor.this teeth is called a devils teeth.It can cause................

He might have a tooth growing before 1 has been lost and becos bones are so strong it's sliding out thru the gum
