Answers:
Yes, you can go back!. See how you feel!. You want the swelling to be minimal and also try not to bump your face at all!. Just follow what the doctors told you (no contact, no exerting yourself too much, no sucking through straws, etc)!. Some of my friends have gone back the next day!. You should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're lucky, i had all 4 taken out, plus another that was damaged cos of the impacted wisdom tooth next to it, i was back in school the next day! ok, so i was a little sluggish cos of the pain pills but i passed my exams that weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on how difficult the wisdom teeth extraction was!. Your dentist should have an overall idea of the difficulty of the extraction by looking at your xrays!. For example, the simplest extraction is a fully erupted wisdom tooth!. The hardest is a horizontally located full bony impacted wisdom tooth where the crown of the tooth is pointed towards the back of the mouth!. In general terms, the more bone you have to drill out to reach the tooth and the longer it takes the surgeon to remove it, the more painful it will be afterwards when you go home!. I've had patients go to work or school the next day and I've had patients out for a week!.
As always consult with your general dentist for further questions!.

Yes you should be fine!. And the swelling should be mostly gone, if not all gone by then too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
