I was taught by my dentist as a kid that I should brush my teeth twice a day for 2-3 minutes!. He suggseted the ABC song 2 or 3 times!. Or any other song for that matter!. Now I sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and then ABC for my son!. You're probably a little old for that though!.

Try a toothpaste with baking soda and/or peroxide to help with whitening!. I use Crest w/ baking soda whitening!. It's under $2 at Wal-Mart!. I also use Pearl Drops, which works great! I've been using Pearl Drops for years!. It's inexpensive, too!. Under $4 at Wal-Mart!.

As for apples!? I've heard of an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but not the dentist!. So I did a little googleing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The more often the better!.

3 times a day for a minute is better than twice a day for 2-3 minutes!.

If you want whiter teeth try a stain removing toothpaste, a whitening kit, or even professional dentist whitening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're looking to make your teeth really white, then it's not going to happen with just toothpaste!. Toothpaste removes surface stains, but it doesn't have any effect on the underlying tooth color!. In order to get your teeth really white, you gotta use a bleaching method!.

As for apples, I have no idea!? Never heard of them being good (or bad) for your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

about 3 minutes, that's what the dentist told meWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should use mouth wash, brush your teeth, & floss at least 3 times a day!. When you brush your teeth do it for 2 minutes!. If you want them to be really white & that doesn't help still do those & maybe whiten your teeth once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just brushing won't make your teeth whiter!. If you want white teeth fast, then you should try using Crest white strips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey,when I was little my dentist told me to brush my teeth while listening to my fave song :D I was a kid then!.!.!.!.dont laugh-I can hear you!.!.!.xD so I think she meant about 3 minutes cuz Im sure that my arm will refuse to brush my teeth for a longer period of time =] about the apple-I have heard this, too but I dont know why!Im sorry but I have no explanation why it is helpful ;]Www@Answer-Health@Com
