yeah im almost gonna get spacers and i want to know like how long the spacers will be on and after that what will be the next step, LIKE how many more appointments will i have to make until i actually get the braces put on!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually you get spacers 1-2 weeks before they put your actual braces on!. The spacers go between your very back teeth and make room for the bands (little metal rings) that will go around your molars!. So, the normal progress is spacers, and then a week or two later, the braces!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Spacers put on the last four gaps of your mouth will make room for the lower and sometimes upper rings that will go on the last two or four teeth!. After the orthodontist measures the spacing, he may encourage better brushing habits or have you take a dental check-up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
