Question: I have a cut in my mouth, please help!?
In my mouth in my bottom teeth were the gums meet the teeth, i have an open sore of some sort that i got from accidently got from the plastic part of my tooth brush ( im a total ditz and get really into brushing my teeth) does anyone know what i can do about it, it stings really bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I know how much those traumatic lesions can hurt, having injured myself with a toothbrush a time or two also!. Go to the drugstore and in the toothpaste isle you will find a product called Rincinol, it is in a green box/bottle!. It is a nonalocholic soothing mouth rinse that will coat the injured area and give you some relief!. Second, if you have a family dentist, you could go in and see if you have an apthous ulcer, if you do they might have a product called Debactoral that they can put on your lesion to cauterize the tissue and give you immediate lasting relief!. I have been a hygienist for 12 years and still remember my very first patient out of dental school having an apthous ulcer and being near tears when I touched it!. YIKES! Good luck to you

Rinse your mouth with salt water!. This will sting even worse, but will help it to heal!. If you really want to kill the pain, go to a drugstore and get cloroseptic, or some other sore throat med with painkiller!.

I used to get those all the time (mine were from accidentally biting myself!.!.!.OW!)
But the best thing is to brush your teeth regularly (to keep your mouth clean) and to use Anbesol!. Its an oral pain reliever and it numbs the wound until it has time to heal!. Its great stuff!. Go to the store and get some!. You just put it on a q-tip, put it on the cut and its numb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, You may want to see a dentist!.!.!. If its not infected (and let's hope it's not) get some Anbesol!. Putting it on STINGS LIKE FRICK, but it numbs the sore so you can't feel it!. It leaves a bitter taste in your mouth, but it is worth it!
