Question: I suck my mouth when im hungry how do i stop,HELP please!?
whenever i get hunger i start sucking the inside of my mouth
then i get a really bad headache and feel sick,,2morrow im doing a 30 hour famine with my church and we cant eat for 30 hours and im afraid im gonna suck the inside of my mouth and get a headache or get sick and have 2 leave =[

gum will just make you hungry!.try to bring an apple that is cut and when you are hungry eat some of it!.That way you eat something healthy and you have some left if you want more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
