If it doesn't have sugar in it, it may not affect her teeth!. You will need to check the acid levels in the drink though!. If it is acidic, she will get cavities from it!.

I would probably be more worried about the artificial sweetener in it than whether it will affect her teeth!.

Aspartame has been linked to certain brain tumours, and a infant's brain is more susceptible when it is developing!.
You should ask your paediatrician about aspartame!.
He will not be able to give you a 100% guarantee that your child will not develop a brain tumour if she/he drank crystal light containing the sweetener aspartame!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see how it would hurt at all, especially with no sugar!. The baby teeth won't last forever anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I answered your other question on this!. Hope I helped! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's fruit flavoured then it's probably acidic, and acid can erode the tooth enamel if left on the teeth too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey there, well i live in the uk and am not too familiar with this drink but i just googled it!. in my opinion i would say that yes it is a bonus that the drink is sugar free, however if it is the fruit flavours oyu are giving her berfore bed then this may also not be a good idea as citrus drinks are acidic in nature and will cause erosion of the teeth!. that is why we suggest that water at bedtime is best!. my moto as a dentist is "nothing after brushing"!.

i hope this has been more helpful to you
all the best

It doesn't appear to be harmful, yet I would take into consideration the acidic content of the Crystal Light!. The artificial flavoring/acidic content(if applicable) could wear away her teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
