ok so one of my molars are coming and and theres this really tiny black spot on it (theres still gum on top of it cause its not all the way through yet ) and it freaking me out cause i have a huge fear of dentists and im thinking its a cavity but its just coming in so can it already have one the spot is like no bigger than a grain of pepper and its freaking me out come on help me pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't freak out, it could very well be what's called a spot of decalcification!. It might not even be a cavity at all!. I know 2 people who have had exactly what you're describing (even bigger than a grain of pepper) and both of them went to the dentist freaking out and it was just decalcification - a spot to watch, but it's not a cavity and doesn't *need* anything done to it, other than cosmetically!. Just get it checked out!. If it is a cavity, that is no big deal!. They numb you up and it won't hurt at all!. Just get it checked out soon, if it is a cavity and you wait and it grows, it will be a big deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
