Question: Wisdom Teeth Removal Numbness!?
im on day 4 of my widsom teeth removal!. it has been hell up till today but i still cannot feel my tongue!. ive heard that sometimes people never regain feeling and im really scared!. its tingling but thats it!. also i cant take my pain meds because they make me sick, any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes during the removal of third molars the nerve can become a little bruised giving you the sensation you are experiencing!. the most reassuring thing i can tell you just now is that permanent numbness is less than 1% after 1 year so what you are experiencing is most likely temporary!. You can eat but just be really careful as you are still numb and you may end up chewing or burning your tongue!. so probably stick to something like warm soup, yoghurt etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
