Question: Scrape and polish!?
I'm going for a scrape and polish on my teeth in 2 months time!. I'm wondering if anybody who KNOWS or has experienced this can tell me if it is painful!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's only painful if you have very sensitive teeth!. If you do, tell the hygeinist who's cleaning your teeth that they're sensitive!.
Otherwise, its just a method of removing stains and plaque from the enamel of your teeth!. Your teeth will end up being shiny and clean afterward!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
