Question: What's the fastest, cheapest way to whiten teeth!?
I'm 14 years old and going to my high school prom, and I would like to whiten my teeth for it!. I don't have a lot of money at my disposal, because I have to buy makeup as well!. Is there any CHEAP and fast way to whiten my teeth that works!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The fastest / quickest way is a simple baking soda scrub!.!.!. Basically, just put some baking soda on your tooth brush, and scrub for a couple minutes!. Do not do this too much, however, because you will take off your teeth enamel!. It would eventually come back, but it would take time!.!.!.
Next, the best option is to get 35% (or less) of peroxide!. You can get it on ebay for about $10 with shipping!. A brush on application type is best!. Basically, you just wash your teeth, prepare with baking soda, dry them, and apply for about 15 minutes!. In about a week, you will notice a huge difference, and the results will be allot better than anything that those Chest strips can do!.

use bicarbonate soda!. using ur fingers as brush, brush the soda across your teeth!. twice daily can clean and shine it asap!. charcoal is also another substitute, but u wont like the smell of it!.

Take 1 fresh strawberry and some baking powder - mash it up and put it on your teeth!. Leave for 5 minutes then brush it off with toothpaste!. Strawberries have malic acid in them that acts as a mild bleaching agent!. Don't do this too often, only once a week!. It's super cheap and effective!.

very excitin'time! Honest, i don't think there's a safe way" that would whiten teeth overnight, You should stay away from peroxide stuff that can eventually 'erode and wreck enamel!. I use Crest Whitening Expressions made with herbs or Extreme Natural White toothpaste, it works so great, fresh and natural!.
