Answers:
Yes, you can donate blood!. The bone grafts done in dentistry are either bone that was harvested from you or freeze dried bone!. Freeze dried bone is cortical bone material that was harvested from a cadaver and is thoroughly tested and prepared to remove any harmful materials before it is used!. It has been used for over 30 years with no documented cases of infection transmission!. I have attached links showing information regarding bone grafting procedures and the link to the American Red Cross guideline for donations!. You will see they ask that you restrict from donating blood until 3 days after oral surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO NO NO!.!.!.do not attempt to give blood as yet!.!.A bone graft requires a very good supply of fresh blood and the nutrients it brings!.!.!.!.In fact, until your Implant has been successfully accomplished and completely healed!.!.!.for 6 months, you must not attempt to donate blood!.
