Hey! Don't even waste your money on any gel or trying to do it wit methods like soda or lemon! It destroys your enamel so be careful! Just visit your dentist! you can bleach them but becarefull it will take all the enamel of your teeth but at least they will be white!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2!. Brush your teeth 3 times a day!. [Morning, afternoon, night!.] If you have school, after school brush your teeth!.

i heard of baking soda just put some water and baking soda in a container and mix until it forms into a paste then put some regular toothpaste in it and mix all those three until it becomes another paste and brush your teeth with that morning and night for about a week and you'll see great results!.!.whiter teeth and cleaner teeth!.!.!.hope i helped:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
