Question: Braces!!!!!?!?!?
Okay well im getting braces in 3 days and I have so many questions!.!.!.!.
1!. How much do they hurt!?(I've heard they hurt a lot from some people then others say they dont hurt)
2!. Can I still play clarinet!?
3!. Should I get brace wax!? If so Where!?
4!. Would I need rubber bands if I have a crossbite!?
5!. Whta colours would go together good!?(btw im a girl )Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok well i have had braces so hopefully this helps!.
1!.) when you get them on it may hurt a little bit !.and it takes time to get used to!. but after a day or two it hurts to eat!. a lot!. its kind of hard to chew!. so i recommend eating soup or soft foods until your mouth is used to it!. it may not hurt at first but it will!. then your mouth will get used to it and you will be fine!.
2!.) ok yes you can still play the clarinet!. i play that too!. ok anyway my friend just got braces and she played the clarinet like 3 days after she got her braces!. again like eating it may take time to get used to!. but you should be okay!.
3!.) your orthodontist should give you some brace wax!. and if you dont know how to apply it just take a small size piece and stick it on your bracket!. its pretty easy!. and its ok if you swallow it!. youll be fine!. if your orthodontist doesnt give you any you can try your regular dentist or a drugstore or something like that!.
4!.) im really not sure!. maybe , maybe not!. your orthodontist should let you know either when you get your braces or later when you have had your braces a while!.
5!.) oh wow!. there are a bunch of different color combos!. ok well pink and lime green or pink and light blue are pretty popular!. and you can do anything with blue and pink because pretty much everything matches them!. you can do your school colors(if they are good colors) or your two favorite colors!. and you can do colors like pink and purple, orange and yellow, basically any 2 colors you want!.!.!.!. the possibilities are endless!.

They hurt for like 3 days when theyre first on, then they are fine!. Yes, you should be able to play an instrument!. The Orthodontist should provide you with brace wax/ necessities!. And i never had rubber bands yet so idk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Everyones pain threshold is different!.!.!.some say they hurt alot and some say it does a little!. Take some ibuprofen before you get your braces on!.!.!.that will ease any discomfort and continue to take it as needed!.

1!. It depends on your pain tolerence!. I had braces for two years and only had problems when they were tightened!. I had no trouble at all when they were first put on!.
2!. Yes, braces wont effect your clarinet playing!.
3!. When you go in they give you a little baggy and ask if you need wax, I suggest you get some just incase but i rarely ever used it!.
4!. Possibly!. But most people don't get rubber bands for a long time after having their braces on!.
5!. What's your style!? Preppy, scene!? I always went with things like grey and blue, green and pink, green and yellow!. The combinations are endless!.

1!. They hurt A lOT and gets sore!. But it depends if ur getting them at the same time(getting top and bottom)!. If your only getting one of them then your lucky but if ur getting them at the same time, tough luck a pain for 3 to 4 days or pain!.

1!. They will not hurt the first day you get them on!. But the followin 4 days they hurt and all you can eat is pudding,applesauce, jello,icecream, mashed potatoes!.
