Using peroxide on your teeth works well, but, ask your dentist if there are any long term side effects that you should be aware of!. You can also use baking soda, and that works well ( that is why some toothpastes have baking soda in them) however, the baking soda from the kitchen does scratch your enamel and over time, is not the best thing you can do for your teeth!. or your gums either!.
Simply use a whitening toothpaste ( I love Aquafresh White and Shine)!. That should keep your teeth beautiful-- as long as you are consist ant using it!. Smile!! KWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, see everyone told me this works, with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, i did it and it didn't seem to do anything!. :/ So i dont know!.
