crest white strips work well!. but for the most part, i find that Listerine whitening mouth wash works great! it is a pre-brush rinse and i have seen great results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have heard of hydrogen peroxide, but i dont know if that works, and im too nervous to try it!. try to see what works at the drug store like listerine or crest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
