xx I love you xx - I don't have a 'whitening system'!. To whiten my teeth I just use Hydrogen Peroxide as my mouthwash!.
If you look at the list of ingredients in most tooth whitening products (including the strips) you may notice that the tooth whitening ingredient is some form of Hydrogen Peroxide!. Also, some tooth whitening strips can make your teeth hurt!.
Every morning and before bed after brushing and flossing I use Hydrogen Peroxide as my mouth wash!. I buy hydrogen peroxide (3% in the brown bottle) at my local drugstore for about $2 for a 32 ounce bottle!. I mix ? ounce hydrogen peroxide with ? ounce hot water and swirl in my mouth for about 1 minute (hydrogen peroxide is odorless and tasteless but it FOAMS and can sometimes sting my mouth)!. I spit out (DO NOT SWALLOW) and then rinse my mouth out several times with cool water!. A 32 ounce bottle lasts about one month!.
Hydrogen peroxide will not only whiten your teeth it also kills the bacteria in the mouth that causes bad breath and cavities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if u drink coffee like i do, they were not quite helping, so brushing more than once a day can help, i also use peroxide (which is in toothpaste anyway) it helps me teeth, got so now people comment on my teeth!. try it and see if it works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best whitening is done in office, but OTC I would probably say Crest Whitestrips!.!.!. As well just avoid things that stain teeth, like coffee, tea and smoking!.!.!. Be careful about rinsing with hydrogen peroxide too often, it can cause a condition called 'hairy tongue' and nobody wants that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
