Should you brush your teeth before or after you use Crest Whitening Strips??!
Question: Should you brush your teeth before or after you use Crest Whitening Strips!?!?
If you brush your teeth before there will be that jelly stuff in your mouth (which I don't mind but!.!.!.!. brushing it off would be nice too) and if you brush after does it reverse all the whitening you just did!?!?

You should brush your teeth after! If you read the directions/reccomendations they say not to brush your teeth right before you put them on!. By doing so, your teeth will be whiter and brighter!. You can brush them after! =)

You should brush your teeth before!.!. by doing so you are making a nice clean surface so the whitening strips can whiten your enamel!. You can brush them after if you'd like too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
