Question: What should i do while sitting in orthodontists chair getting braces to make time pass!?

I would personally just bring an IPOD or something to listen too!. You dont want to move your hands around too much!. I really get annoyed when my patients try to read or look at a magazine because it blocks the overhead light AND keeps their head turned at an angle that is not best for me to treat them with!.

i got my braces yesterday and my entie procedure only took 45 minutes but i fell asleep!. lol
