Question: Does getting teeth pulled hurt!?
They are baby teeth, and I thought it hurt when I got my teeth filled!. Does it hurt!? (I'm very worried and I'm terrified of pain) =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had four teeth pulled out before i could get braces!. I thought it would hurt but it doesn't!. First they put a gel sort of thing on your gum which tastes rather awful then they you get a small pinch in your gum and the area around the tooth in order to numb your mouth!. After this you don't feel a thing except the dentist tugging!. If they're strong they may get it out fast, before you even know it!.
Once you get home it may throb a bit!. Just take a pain reliever and sleep for the rest of the day or until your gums have clotted!. Now you're in for smooth sailing, it shouldn't hurt anymore!.
*Hint: Don't look at the dentists tools when you arrive and shut your eyes tight when you're in the chair it really helps with whatever fears you may have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Naw they numb you up enough!. There is a little pinch when they numb u but it's over in like two seconds!. it is weird having that hole in the spot where there was a tooth!. But it doesn't hurt at all except for the pinch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it does not hurt!. the dentist will put your gums under anesthesia!.

I am guessing you are 11 or 12 years old,an indication that the teeth most probably loose enough to shed away on their own !.but anyway pulling out teeth is going to be under local anesthesia and this is when the dentist firstly put some local topical anesthetic gel like this you do not feel the pinch of the needle that much then he/she will administer the anesthetic solution around the teeth to be pulled out and you won't feel it at all !.you would feel the touch not the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actullty i had a tooth pulled out the other day!. if i were you i'd ask for anti biotics just incase but i'm telling you!. it does not hurt! i had a baby canine pulled out and it was a TINY bit wobbly!. Don't be terrified because it doesn't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
