Question: LOST MY RETAINER!!! Please Help!!?
I have lost my retainer, it has been gone a whole week! My orthodontist is out of the country till may 7th, and i desperately need a new one!!!
I have seen a different orthodonstist, and he gave me a temporary bendy, clear plastic mouth guard like thing that is meant to stop them from moving any more (yesterday) but my teeth are hurting even more, and i cant see how this flimsy, thin soft plastic thing will achieve anything!.!.!.!. The gap between my two front teeth is significantly wider, and i think there is tissue there that needs to be removed (again)
Will the damage be permenant!? Does anyone see the benefits of this clear soft plastic mouth guard!?!?!?
My sisters wedding is may 10th :( and im a bridesmaid and will be photographed a lot!. What should I dooo!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

stick to the mouth-guard, you may think it might not do anything but it surely does and it kind of maintains it a little bit!.
orthos usually give these as a temporary retainer after waiting for retainers!.
