Question: I have a malformed small tooth and i am extracting it by surgery what could it be!?

I have a malformed adult tooth growing upside down, but it is also
growing hopelessly!.!.!.!.!.what could it be!? and i searched odontome but it looks nothing like it!. It gives me no pain, no Symptoms or nothing i only found out i had it when i took a tooth x-ray!.!.!.Help please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
