the best way i can think of, that is noninvasive like dentist visits or whitening systems, is to use regular old baking soda!.!.!.what i do is i brush my teeth like normal and then when im all done rinsing out the toothpaste and rinse with some more water!.!.!.then with my damp toothbrush i sprinkle a little bit of the baking soda on the toothbrush and then brush my teeth again with it!.!.!.i find it to work wonders!.!.however, i dont do it everyday because it could be too harsh for the enamel!.!.every other day should be fine!.!. good luck and i hope that helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
that's not supposed to happen!.!.!. it's not the toothpaste; the person at your church must've brush in a wrong way (ie too rough, too much, not "massaging")

To get your teeth whiter try using baking soda, I haven't tried mixing it with the toothpaste though!. Just try with baking soda on toothbrush, it does not work right away, you have to brush two times a day and within a week you should see results!. Just an opinion u don't have to try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The safest and easiest way to get your teeth that shiny and pearly white is to use arm and hammer baking soda on your teeth brush with it for about 4 weeks and rinse with mouth wash after and I'm sure that you will see results fast from it!. Trust me my teeth are pearls!Www@Answer-Health@Com
