Maybe your name is the reason why you have it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your teeth are not occluding together correctly and your jaw joint, which is a ball and socket can not stay in proper alignment!. The ball is rolling out of its natural carriage (TMJ) and is being dislocated!. The muscles of your face are tight and cause pressure on this joint!. Bruxing (clenching, grinding) your teeth at night or even during the day will make the muscles tight!. If you have poor occulsion of your teeth this will further aggrevate the muscles causing more strain!. See your dentist about orthodontic referrals!. You may require jaw surgery and braces if your lower jaw is too far out of alignment!.
Lock jaw is very painful and you have to have someone push the joint back into place!. Don't bite into anything very big and don't chew tough food!. Don't chew gum!. Eat small bites of food!. Take Ibuprofen if you can, to take inflammation out of the muscles!. Hold very warm, moist towels on your joints to relieve the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I may have been caused by clenching or grinding at night!. I would take a visit to your dentist and they can help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
