I actually have both!. At first when I first got my Sonicare I thought I liked the Sonicare best but think maybe I like the Oral B best because it doesn't buzz so much!. The buzzing of the Sonicare is difficult on the roof of the mouth and behind the teeth as it vibrates so much that it drives me crazy and I end up stopping or reducing the speed drastically!. I don't with the Oral B!. I also think the Oral B removes more coffee and tea stains on the surface of my teeth!. I have dental implants and not natural teeth they are permanently attached but still have to keep my gums healthy!. I have spoken with other's who have the same issues with the vibrations and they have natural teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
