Question: Yay i think ive inherited TMJ!.!?
Well Lets see some of my symptoms are:
Popping of my jaw(if i point my face up i can barely move my jaw up and down!.):
When i wake up while laying down my muscles are so whacked out i cant move them because they seem to 'Lock Up'!.
I get a ringing in one of my ears, usually lasts about 30seconds!.
And my mother has TMJ
So looking at the symptoms Do You think i have TMJ!.
And maybe how to lessen the symptoms like how bad it is when i try to eat somting in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i also have tmj!. you should try and go to your dentist and get a mouthguard to wear at night!. i have that and it helps so much!. that way it won't be as sore in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
