What can I keep my retainer in while I eat?!
Question: What can I keep my retainer in while I eat!?
I dont have a retainer case yet and I wont be able to buy one by tomorrow!. What else can I use to keep my retainer!? Because I dont want to skip my dinner again tomorrow and I didn't want to take it out just in case I broke it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have one now, and as u, the dentist didn't give me a case too!.
but I am using a small plastic case which you keep food in, u know, it's very good, I fill it with a little warm water so it doesn't dry, and I put my retainer there, then when i want to put it back in my teeth, I wash it !.!.!.then!.!. done!
U must have some kind of case like mine, I used to put my sandwiches in there, but not anymore :) so go into ur kitchen and look for one!

Your orthodontist should have given you one when you got your retainer!.!.!.a small tupperware-like container will work great especially since it has a lid!. It helps also that it seals if you want to put a little water in there so it doesn't dry out!. Anyone who suggests wrapping it in a paper towel is not a good idea--looks too much like trash then it gets thrown away and you're digging through the garbage looking for it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just put it in a small glass and put it in the bathroom or somewhere where it wont get easily broken

Use the case it came in!. Please do not wrap it in napkins, because you will forget about it and the napkin wrapped retainer will look like a piece of trash and you WILL throw it away without thinking about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
