My daughter is 7 and hasn't lost any yet but she didin't get her first teeth til she was one!. Some of her friends who are 6 have lost lotsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It varies i lost my first tooth when i was 8 but i know some people who lost um when they were around 5 !
