Could be a couple of things, you enamel (the outer layer of your tooth) could be worn down, or not as durable as other people and now your tooth is sensitive!.!.is it also giving some pain with cold or hot drinks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you can get a tooth paste for sensitive teeth!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.or it could be a cavity or part of your gum has receded and it's exposing the bottom part of your tooth!. The main thing is the issue will not go away if you don't brush that area!.!.!.!.!.!.!.try to get to a dentist as soon as you can!.!.if not it will end up costing you more money to treat it later or possibly loosing the tooth!. It may be something as easy as getting a prescription for tooth paste for sensitive teeth!.

No!. At the point it is hurting, that means there is either a cavity in the tooth, or there is something wrong with the gums, tooth roots, etc!. You need to go to a dentist at this point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More then not you have a nerve that is exposed, it may help to brush!.!.!.!.
