getting brace in a couple or months or yrs
rather scared tbh can someone guide me tru what they do and why and how much it hurts pls

That goopy stuff is gross I know its called "Alginate"!. Braces themselves don't hurt after they put the wire on a few hours later your teeth get really sore, just take motrin, advil, ect!. Anything you take for pain it helps with the soreness!. Everytime you go in they'll adjust your braces towards the end of treatment you'll have to wear rubber bands called "Elastics" they help the teeth move in a way that braces themselves can't do!. (you will be sore) Then you finish and get retainers, basic ortho cases last about 30 Months depending on how your teeth move in the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
