Brushing your teeth too much or too hard can damage your enamel!. Tooth enamel is like a protective coating on your teeth!. Damaging this makes your teeth more susceptible to staining & decay!.

If you do not want to use white strips, try buying a whitening toothpaste!. Whitening toothpaste uses abrasion to wash away stain particles on the teeth!. Be careful not to brush your teeth too much as this can damage the enamel!. You have to reach a happy medium between brushing enough to whiten but not too much to damage the enamel!. Most dentists suggest 2 to 3 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
