Question: Dental question, please help (filling and small spot of tooth rot)!?
Recently i have had very slight agitation from a rear wisdom tooth coming through, so i was com paled to put mirror in my mouth and have a look!. When i noticed i actually still had a filling on a tooth! haha i thought had one on a baby tooth which fell out!.
Anyway so i have noticed a filling on tooth top of mouth, next to filling there is small spot of rot (black) there has been no pain until i actually saw it there (maybe placebo) What should i do!?
How long does it take for root to spread through the tooth!.
again i have no real pain,

THE DARKNESS AROUND THIS FILLING IS PROBABLY OLD DECAY WHICH WASN'T REMOVED OR THE AMALGAM FILLING HAVING WEAR THOUGH TIME!.
