I have been using the Listerine brand and I am excited to say that after just 3 days there is a noticeable difference!. They recommend using them twice a day for 2 weeks straight!. You can do the treatments back to back or split it and use them twice a day at different times!.
I also have custom trays from the dentist ($300!.00) that are used with a bleaching gel!. They probably do work better IF you used them properly which means leaving them in overnight!.!.!.!. ALL night!. I found that regiment hard to stick with and they ended up sitting in the drawer doing no good what so ever!. And it's not all that pleasant, leaves a film in my mouth!.

I have no experience with aquafresh, but the Crest whitestips "supreme" work very well!. These can only be purchased in dental clinics!. It has a stronger concentration of the bleaching agent than what you can get at the store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

crest works REALLY well!. after two-three days i noticed a difference!. i never used aquafresh but crest works like a charm it's also not painful and you don't have to leave them on for a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
