Omg I had the same exact thing happen to me!. Same tooth, braces on for 18 months as well!. Freaky!. Anyways let me put it this way, you know by now if you have soreness from braces or if its something else!. I am willing to bet its a cavity!. The good news is that you probably caught it early and you can have it filled with white instead of a full on root canal!. Until you can get to the doc though get toothpaste for sensitive teeth that will help soooooo much!. Don't feel ashamed!. Cavities are common with braces!. I used to brush 5 times a day, use fluoride rinse, and floss twice daily and still got two in the 3 years I had braces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

SEE YOUR DENTIST!!

Try some of the desensitizing products until you can be seen by a professional, but get it examined at once!!

It sounds like an exposed nerve, cavities, a broken root, other things that you CANNOT SEE can produce this type of discomfort!. Worst case is you will need a root canal, which is NOTHING!! I have no idea where the 'root canal' got a reputation of being next to torture, because it is one of the least painful things a dentist can do in there! Seriously!Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow i have the same problem!. I only chew food on the left side of my mouth cause my teeth bother me so much!. Try Tooth Desensitizer, Bartells has it, or probably walgreens or any drugstore!. It numbs your teeth for like 30 days which is pretty solid!. Alright good luck w/ itWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it's never happened before this, then you might have a really bad cavity!. The water on the exposed nerve would do that!. Check with your dentist, or even your orthodontist!. They should be able to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
