There was, and maybe still is, a type of toothbrush that is nothing more than a bristle cone you put in one end (it's replaceable), and you dip it in Baking Soda or Baking Powder (I can't remember which), and slowly and gently work it part-ways in between various teeth that are particularly problematic, and then you rinse with Hydrogen Peroxide, and then floss!. Do this very gently the first couple of weeks, and don't be surprised at some bleeding gums simply because your gums are not healthy!. The bleeding will look a lot worse than it really is simply because it's mixed in with water (your saliva) and will "spread" rapidly!. Just rinse!. You will not die from a blood loss or need a transfusion, I promise you!. Continue to brush your teeth twice a day!. After a couple or a few weeks you may begin to notice the bleeding lessen!. Your gums are becoming healthier, and their color will gradually change from a bright red to a mellow pink!. That's the color they should be!. Pink!. Not red!. Remember to be gentle with this since your gums are not healthy!. I tell you this because I was once told I had gingivitis, and the dentists wanted to do some extensive cleaning / surgery that would cost a lot of money and be very uncomfortable!. A pharmacist I knew well told me that he had gone through the same stuff, and so he told me what I'm telling you now!. Start slowly and carefully, and really, always be that way, but you'll slowly begin to notice the bleeding lessen and then stop, and remember, you're not going to bleed to death, no matter how it looks!. Blood in water / saliva always looks greater in quantity than it really is!. Continue to floss and brush along with the new brush and baking powder or soda (ask someone and they'll straighten you out on which), and you'll be getting better, assuming that you haven't gone "beyond the point of no return"!. Also, if you drink alcoholic beverages, beer or otherwise, stop!. Your gums don't do well with that, and in your condition need all the help they can get!. As your gums get healthier, your teeth will become less wobbly, unless, of course, your 95 years old and an alcoholic!. Then, well, forget everything I said, LOL!! God Bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel them like that then you don't have gingivitis, which is gum inflammation but periodontal disease, which is a more advance stage of periodontal problems!. That one involves the bone which is the reason why you feel them move in your mouth and about to fall out!. If that's the case you definitely need to go to the dentist, even to the periodontist, (even if you hate them) because he or she can really see what your bone level is and can determine the stage or type of periodontal disease that you have!. Now, if you only have gingivitis, a deep cleaning done by a hygienist is the best way to help you because they are the only ones who are really going to be able to remove the tartar and all the build up underneath the gums!. You can help yourself by brushing after each meal paying special attention to massage the gum line, flossing at least once a day and using a mouth wash!. But you do have to go to the dentist!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gingivitis never completely goes away!. Once it's there, the best you can do is help to lesson the problem!. Antiseptic mouthwashes, good oral hygeine and flossing are the best solution!. Once gingivitis gets to advanced stages, the gums will begin to recede and food will much easier get trapped under the gum line causing further infection, and loosening of the connective tissues, and possibly bone loss!. That is what causes loose teeth!. A good deep pocket cleaning from a dentist and possibly a skin graph to build up the gum tissue around the tooth is your best bet at that stage!. At any level, prevention is best, and you should see a dentist if you want to keep your teeth!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A trip to the hygienist can get your teeth and gums in better shape in one visit, then the rest is up to you, but if you refuse to go!.!.!.!.you're not doing yourself any favors!.

You can have plaque and bacteria below the gum line, and thats a big part of the loose-tooth issue!.

What can you do at home!?

Floss! Get floss on the little handles if you need to!. Do this before you brush to get out the little bits of stuff that your brush can't reach!. Your brushing will be more effective and you can get your mouthwash in the crevices for a better cleaning!

Brush your teeth 2 TIMES A DAY MINIMUM for 2 MINUTES EACH TIME!.

Get one of the battery operated tooth brushes with the spinning head!.

Use one of the total health / bacteria fighting toothpastes available now!.

Buy a good mouthwash like Scope or Listerine (with soft flavor) and USE it every time you brush!. You need it in use for at least 30 seconds!.

If you don't get things cleaned up in a hurry, you will probably end up losing your teeth!. Reconsider the dentist / hygienist, will ya!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Interesting - Gingivitises are a problem and you need to see a dentist who may referr you to a peridonist!. Here is my tip: SEE A DENTAL hygienist !!!! Sometimes all the cleaning and mouth wash does not get to the root cause and stop it from bleeding again!. You did not say why you hate dentists and a dental hygienist is not a dentist and is a good place start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the dentist!. before you end up with periodontists!.
that will lead to heart disease and die of a heart attack
