Question: Help please! 10 pts!?
i reccently just got on my wires for my braces!. they put in the bands for the top part of my teeth and the bottom for next time!. i have a spacer kinda lodged into my gum and i have a difficult time getting it out!. any tips to get it out!? advice!? i tried flossing it out and nothing!. i tried getting a toothpick to try and pick it out and nothing!. please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say use the metal dental pick type thing your dentist uses

Call your orthodontist and get them to get it out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
if they are around the molars, then you should keep them on!. i no its annoying but it will help in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
