Really odd sore throat thing?!

Hi,

I just got a sore throat today!. It wasn't too bad, only discomforting when I swallow!.

It was hard trying to see what was wrong with it when I looked in the mirror, so I decided to just rub a finger on the inside of my mouth!. It turns out that one side of my throat has an odd bump on it, and the other side is fine!.

What is this!? Is there anything else I need to do other than mouthwash!?
