Stains after braces?!
Question: Stains after braces!?
I used to drink 2-3 cans of coke zero a day maybe for about 9 months of wearing my braces!. I've stopped now and I'm still seriously worried i will get those stains (white squares)!! but i do brush my teeth 2-3 times a day with an electric toothbrush and the orthordontist said he would be surprised if i had any stains since my teeth were so clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, i drank lots of coke and stuff while wearing braces and i thought that my teeth would look wierd but after my dentist took my braces off, he used this whitening paste to make my teeth white!.

If you do end up having stains ask your orthodontist to recommend a tooth paste that has a lot of flouride in it!. I work in an ortho office and we use prevident!. Using this will make the stains go away in time!. I'm sure if you are doing a good job cleaning them you have nothing to worry about!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is unlilkely that you will have stains, but if you do,the dentist can easily remove them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
