The quickest and most effective would be seeing her dentist for an hour bleaching process!. It's expensive though, so I would suggest using Crest White Strips!. They are inexpensive, last for a few months and effectively whiten the teeth, although this effect is temporary when compared to the results of the in office bleaching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
