Question: Crest White Strips, URGH!!!!?
I really want to whiten my teeth, so I purchased Crest Whitening Strips!.!.!.!.!.They say on tv that you can talk when you have them on (bull!)!.!.!. My problem is (sorry this is going to sound yucky) drool builds up in my mouth and it feels like it might be lifting the strips off of my teeth!.!.!.!.I don't dare swallow my spit because I am breastfeeding and if it isn't safe to swallow I don't want it going to straight to my little one!.!.!.!.How do you use them, you do you keep the drool to a minimum, so to speak!? The taste on those things are the worst! I can't stand them!!
I wear them and then I lay down!. Any spit that builds up goes directly down my throat!. I make sure that my tongue doesn't touch the backs of my teeth where the strips, so basically I just sit there silent for half an hour with minimal movement of my tongue!.
