Can i use mouthwash without brushing my teeth?!

Question: Can i use mouthwash without brushing my teeth!?
Answers:
Yes, but you can't use it as an alternative to brushing/flossing!. Brushing removes plaque on your teeth and applies fluoride to make the enamel stronger and more resistant to decay!. Mouthwash only removes some bacteria from saliva and the surface of the tongue, preventing bad breath, and applies fluoride (but at a less concentrated dose than toothpaste)!.

It's best to use mouthwash some time after brushing so that you don't rinse off the fluoride applied by the toothpaste!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do this sometimes if I fall asleep and am too tired to get up and brush my teeth!. I just swoosh with some mouthwash and go back to bed!. Don't make a habit of it though, but every once in a blue moon isn't going to kill you!. It's better than nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe as a quick substitute before going out!. But don't make a habit of it, it's important to brush to remove plaque, stuck on food, and keep your teeth and gums healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course, it just isn't a substitute for brushing and flossing, but it helps kill germs and bad breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

BRUSH AND THEN USE MOUTHWASH SO THAT YOU FEEL FRESH THROUGH THE DAY!. BRUSH BEFORE YU GO TO BED AT NIGHT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you really wanted to, but just mouthwash can't replace brushing your teeth!.
Hope i helped : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
