Question: Can barely loosened teeth reattach!?
my friend got hit in the face when she was playing soccer and her front tooth loosened a tiny bit!. she can move it, but only a little!. she says it's like when a baby tooth first becomes loose!. she has a retainer to keep it in place and everything and it can't move when she has it in!.

The tooth should tighten back up on its own, but you should tell your friend to not try to wiggle it so that it can heal!. It would probably be a good idea for her to have a parent call her dentist to see if the dentist wants to have her come in to check the tooth out and make sure everything is OK!. I'd also suggest to your friend (and to you) to wear a mouthguard while playing sports to help prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could fall out!. Chances are that the root of the tooth has been damaged and she might need to get a root canal later on(years later)!. She really should get herself in to see a dentist asap so the tooth will not get further damaged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
