First off, if you haven't been to the dentist in awhile!.!.!.go! Get yourself a soft tooth brush, you don't need to spend $80 on a fancy battery operated one!. Brush twice a day and make sure to floss everyday!. There is no way to come back from gum recession, but you can stop it before it gets really bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can prevent it from getting worse!. most recession is due to toothbrush abrasion meaning brushing too hard!. i would reccomend purchasing sonicare or an oral b electric toothbrush!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My dentist told me to rinse with peroxide mixed with water (about 1/2 n 1/2) Takes a while to get used to the taste but it works!. Try not to swallow it though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
